Job Description
Account Manager focused on customer satisfaction and relationship building with clients of the firm. Handling various duties to ensure client needs are met within the organization.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Act as the client’s representative in a firm
- Focus on improving customer experience
Requirements:

- Strong client communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests
- Resolve complaints and keep track of client processes
- Data collection and analysis regarding consumer behavior
