Job Description
AI Content Operations Lead building WONWON’s AI-powered media engine. Designing scalable production, editorial, and automation systems for high-volume content operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full content production cycle: capture, intake, AI-assisted production, review, publication, and content-library organization
- Define editorial criteria, content-worthy moments, publishable assets, and quality standards
- Coordinate editors and creative resources and review every asset before publication
- Measure production speed, turnaround time, quality, audience impact, and pipeline impact
- Work directly with the technical team to design internal pipeline tooling
- Support ingestion from Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside, Loom, and other sources
- Enable identification of high-value moments and generation of titles, hooks, captions, and platform-specific variations
- Support editing, approval, and scheduling workflows
- Create pre-publication quality checks
- Maintain a prioritized automation-opportunity list, quantify manual work eliminated, and convert opportunities into technical proposals
- Build a scalable AI-powered media engine for WONWON's internal content operation
- Establish structured, predictable, measurable, and repeatable production, targeting more than 500 high-quality content pieces monthly by day 90
- Help design AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work over time
Requirements:
- Experience managing an end-to-end content or media operation, in-house or agency-side
- Responsibility for the complete pipeline rather than only one stage
- Demonstrated systems thinking, including designing, documenting, and measurably improving processes
- Real-world experience using AI in daily work
- Ability to explain AI-redesigned workflows and their impact
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to explain why a moment, hook, or cut works
- Comfort working autonomously and with ambiguity
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Practical experience with OpusClip, Descript, Vizard, Submagic, CapCut, Canva, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Buffer, Metricool, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience specifying or developing internal automations with an engineering team is a plus
