AI-native SDR building systems to convert leads from the CEO's LinkedIn audience. Drive outreach efforts using AI workflows in a remote-first team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The LinkedIn-to-pipeline engine
  • The outbound reply workflow
  • AI workflow optimization
  • Conversion intelligence

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to ecommerce, DTC, or marketing teams
  • Proven LinkedIn operator
  • Experience with outbound email tools (Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Strong copywriting instincts
  • Comfortable with data
  • Knowledge of Shopify/DTC ecosystem
