Job Description
AI-native SDR building systems to convert leads from the CEO's LinkedIn audience. Drive outreach efforts using AI workflows in a remote-first team environment.
Responsibilities:
- The LinkedIn-to-pipeline engine
- The outbound reply workflow
- AI workflow optimization
- Conversion intelligence
Requirements:
- 1-4 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to ecommerce, DTC, or marketing teams
- Proven LinkedIn operator
- Experience with outbound email tools (Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Strong copywriting instincts
- Comfortable with data
- Knowledge of Shopify/DTC ecosystem
