Job Description

Sales Development Representative generating qualified opportunities for Adherent’s market-access and product-compliance SaaS platform. Conducting inbound and outbound prospecting across assigned US territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, voice, and video
  • Follow up on inbound marketing-qualified leads from webinars, whitepaper downloads, and demo requests
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and assess needs, challenges, environment, and fit
  • Book qualified meetings and hand opportunities to the Business Development team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Develop expertise in target personas, industry challenges, products, and value proposition
  • Collaborate with Business Development on target accounts, industries, and job titles
  • Provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging
  • Share prospect insights to improve targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, account, and opportunity records in HubSpot and Salesloft
  • Research accounts and identify stakeholders, signals, and triggers using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Use the sales technology stack to support prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of SDR experience required
  • Experience in large business or enterprise environments is ideal
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and multithreading across accounts
  • University degree or equivalent post-secondary education is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with a modern sales tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, ChatGPT, and Google Suite, is highly advantageous
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong written communication skills and confident phone presence
  • Fluent English at native or professional level is essential
  • Additional European or Asian languages are advantageous
  • Ability to research accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, signals, and triggers
  • Ability to use CRM and prospecting tools while maintaining accurate records
