Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales goals with Lawn and Garden accounts in Kansas City. Building business plans and driving growth for Scotts Miracle-Gro products.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with regional Lawn and Garden independent accounts to achieve sales goals
  • Building business plans with each assigned account to drive growth
  • Ensuring execution of marketing, promotional and category display plans
  • Analyzing business results with customers and adjusting business plans accordingly
  • Managing all assigned customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Lawn & Garden or seasonal business experience is a plus!
