Job Description

Associate HR Generalist supporting various HR functions including employee engagement, data analytics, and recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity to gain broader HR experience within a digital marketing context.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR function through various stages of the employee experience
  • Maintain the integrity of our HRIS and assist in developing reports
  • Assist with the rollout and management of culture and engagement initiatives
  • Work alongside the VP on varied project work
  • Provide support for recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional HR experience
  • Basic understanding of HRIS platforms and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides or MS Office programs
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professional maturity
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
