Job Description
Remote Project Manager leading digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects for Capgemini Engineering. Driving change management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and global cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness
- Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting
- Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, digital transformation programs, or organizational change management
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Experience in risk, issue, budget, and resource management
- Experience in change management, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
