Job Description

Business Development Representative building outbound sales pipelines for a semiconductor and deep-tech company. Engaging technical decision-makers, qualifying leads, and booking sales meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to targeted semiconductor and engineering prospects.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across semiconductor, engineering, simulation, and deep-tech organizations.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, technical requirements, and buying potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition clearly and confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Handle initial objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a sales conversation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies, messaging, target accounts, and daily priorities.
  • Stay informed about semiconductor technologies, simulation workflows, and developments within the deep-tech ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience in BDR, SDR, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, simulations, or deep-tech environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong cold-calling, email outreach, lead qualification, and meeting-setting skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with engineering and semiconductor professionals.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume outbound activity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • Prior experience selling technical products, engineering software, or semiconductor solutions is good to have.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor design, EDA, simulation, or engineering workflows is good to have.
  • Experience with enterprise or B2B technology customers is good to have.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is good to have.
  • Experience working with global customers or US-based prospects is good to have.
