Job Description
Business Development Manager acquiring affiliate traffic partners for RISK, an international iGaming company. Conducting negotiations, market analysis, onboarding, and conference representation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new traffic partners, including CPA networks, webmasters, and media buying teams
- Search for partners through cold outreach, industry chats, and personal networking
- Conduct initial negotiations and agree on traffic types, rates, funnels, and commercial terms
- Qualify prospective partners and coordinate with Launch / Affiliate Managers for partner onboarding
- Monitor the affiliate market, competitor activity, emerging teams, traffic sources, and industry trends
- Attend international industry events, conferences, and professional communities to expand the partner network
- Represent the company at international conferences
- Build outreach processes independently and explore non-standard traffic sources
- Manage and prioritize high-volume tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing as a Business Development Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Sales Manager
- Experience in iGaming is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, key metrics, funnels, and traffic sources
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and related traffic channels
- Good grasp of key iGaming market players and partner acquisition channels
- Proven track record in negotiations, building long-term partnerships, and pitching commercial value
- Experience attending industry conferences
- Legal and physical ability to travel internationally
- Ability to connect with diverse partner profiles and resolve issues constructively
- Ability to build outreach processes independently and take initiative
- Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Flexibility in fast-paced market environments and strong result orientation
