Job Description
Business Development Associate expanding HealthLinx’s hospital and health-system partnerships. Conducting prospect research, lead generation, and CRM pipeline support in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective healthcare clients, including hospitals and health systems
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, organizational challenges, and potential opportunities
- Support outbound lead generation campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and HealthLinx leadership
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business development materials
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information within the CRM system
- Track and report business development activities, outreach efforts, and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to transition prospects to client engagement
- Build and nurture professional relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers
- Follow up on opportunities to advance prospects through the sales process
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including professional written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Ability to confidently engage with healthcare leaders and executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, or client-facing roles preferred
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and market research preferred
- Exposure to healthcare, healthcare consulting, or professional services environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
