Job Description
Business Development Coordinator coordinating vendor communications, committees, and executive follow-through at ProSource. Maintaining Salesforce records and supporting partnerships across a remote member organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the meeting rhythm for the VP of Business Development
- Create agendas for weekly meetings
- Capture action items and ensure completion on time
- Handle committee meeting recaps and next steps
- Draft and send correspondence to vendors and members on the VP’s behalf
- Prepare meeting invitations, reminders, recaps, and follow-up emails
- Send monthly vendor communications, including the member roster and member survey
- Maintain outreach trackers for vendor and member communications
- Keep Salesforce contact records current and accurate
- Support committees with materials, communication, and follow-up
- Coordinate with committee chairs and members
- Assist with small-group logistics related to vendor participation
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, operations, marketing, and events teams
- Handle confidential business and financial information
- Represent ProSource professionally and maintain reliable follow-through
Requirements:
- Some prior professional experience preferred, particularly in executive support, business development coordination, sales operations, or a comparable detail-oriented role
- Clear, professional written communication with excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading ability
- Comfort communicating by email and verbally with CEOs and business leaders
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
- Genuine service orientation and teamwork mindset
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential business and financial information
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfort learning new software as tools evolve
- Willingness to work from home reliably and professionally
- Denver or Philadelphia preferred to allow for occasional in-person collaboration
