Job Description

Business Development Executive driving transformative AI solutions and securing client partnerships for Fortune 2000 enterprises. Focused on growth, innovation, and strategic relationship building with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals ($250K+ average deal size).
  • Exceed revenue quotas through value-based solution selling.
  • Manage multiple opportunities while coordinating internal resources across various sales stages.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through strategic networking and engagement.
  • Serve as a thought leader in AI, data, and analytics—guiding clients through complex challenges.
  • Partner with delivery teams to craft tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Engage with C-suite executives, addressing their most critical business needs.
  • Leverage CRM insights to track sales performance, refine forecasts, and enhance pipeline visibility.
  • Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial sales culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing professional services role.
  • 3+ years of success selling data, analytics, and AI consulting services.
  • Proven track record managing the full sales process—qualification, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Strategic deal-making expertise and consultative selling skills.
  • Hands-on problem solver with a "get it done" mindset—ready to tackle challenges and drive results.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Curiosity and a lifelong love of learning, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
