Job Description

Business Development Manager at Nui Care GmbH focuses on building partnerships in the HealthTech sector. Collaborates closely with CEO and marketing team to drive sales and product vision.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Development Manager / Growth Manager, you will work directly with our CEO on the sales roadmap and help decide which doors we open next.
  • You are not just an implementer of instructions — you actively help shape our direction.
  • As a pipeline builder, you identify and qualify key players in the healthcare sector.
  • You develop sustainable partnerships that create long-term value for both sides, not just quick wins.
  • As an ambassador for Nui, you inspire statutory health insurers and partners with our digital solution.
  • Whether in digital meetings or face-to-face, you communicate the vision behind our product authentically and persuasively.
  • In close collaboration with our marketing team, you develop sales materials that not only inform but truly convince.

Requirements:

  • You understand the structures of statutory health insurers and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • You have a proven track record selling software solutions and enjoy explaining digital products.
  • Selective contracts (Selektivverträge) are not unfamiliar to you — you see them as a tool to bring innovation into the system.
  • You maintain a strong network within the German healthcare sector and enjoy building new bridges.
  • You appreciate flat hierarchies, high personal responsibility, and the pace of a growing HealthTech startup.

Benefits:

  • Purpose: Contribute to solving one of society’s biggest challenges — caregiving for family members.
  • Impact: Gain insights into the tech world and access to new opportunities.
  • Be part of an innovative, motivated, and agile team.
  • Flat hierarchies.
  • Quarterly employee events.
  • Flexible work location: remote or office in Munich or Berlin.
  • Budget for books and professional development (paid time off for training).
