Job Description
Business Development Manager to lead and scale Aerobotics' operations in Italy. Focusing on sales strategies and innovative agricultural technologies for horticultural customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with new customers in the horticultural sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Develop, implement and achieve revenue & profitability targets aligned with Aerobotics forecasts
- Optimize the customer decision journey to minimize spend and resources, and to maximize purchases and repurchases
- Partner with the Product team to uncover new customer needs & inform product development
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech
- Background or experience in agriculture is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results without direct supervision
- World-Class service delivery & customer-centric attitude
- Business-level English
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Valid work permit for Italy
