Job Description

Business Development Manager building Fairment’s practitioner, pharmacy, clinic, and corporate channels. Developing go-to-market strategy, partnerships, automation, and a future sales team for microbiome-health products.

Responsibilities:

  • Finalize and launch the go-to-market model for the channel together with the management team
  • Build a digital playbook for online and in-person sales channels
  • Recruit naturopaths, nutritionists, physicians, and pharmacists as advocates, equip them with the necessary expertise, and foster long-term engagement
  • Use AI-powered research and automation for contact management and sales processes
  • Conduct webinars, training sessions, and professional circles
  • Hold 1:1 consultations with end customers
  • Develop B2B channels with larger practices, clinics, and companies, as well as pharmacy distribution and listing channels
  • Structure channel deals and integrate advocates into the affiliate program
  • Collaborate with Brand Activation on suitable point-of-sale materials
  • Establish CRM, automation, and KPIs to manage channel costs and profitability
  • Feed product insights from professional practice back into the portfolio
  • Build and lead a team for the channel in the future

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a naturopath, degree in nutrition science or ecotrophology, training in nutritional counseling, a medical or pharmaceutical background (PTA, PKA, or MFA), or a comparable qualification
  • Sales experience in field sales, professional consulting, or partner management
  • Experience building business relationships or channels, not merely managing them
  • Hunter mentality and a strong builder’s mindset
  • Experience using, or willingness to use, AI and automation for research, segmentation, preparation, and follow-up
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements for dietary supplements, particularly health claims and German healthcare advertising law, or the ability to learn them quickly
  • Willingness to travel within Germany for practice visits, training sessions, conferences, and trade shows
