Job Description

Business Development Manager focusing on business development in the modular building industry. Lead servicing client relationships and develop strategies for selling modular buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on business development in the modular building industry.
  • Lead on servicing existing client relationships and new client development.
  • Develop strategies for selling modular buildings.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Engage existing clients on future opportunities.
  • Perform market assessments and competitor analyses.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in sales or a sales role in the construction rental industry;
  • Ability to travel by motor vehicle and/or airline within territory as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Effective prospecting skills.
  • Successful record of accomplishment, exceeding goals and is consistently a top performer.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office, Internet and other customer databases.
  • BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in construction or other related industries is preferred.
