Job Description

Business Development Representative focusing on outbound contact with B2B clients in Brazil. Building relationships with potential partners and conducting discovery calls to qualify leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage potential clients
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads
  • Do research and 'mapping' to identify key decision-makers
  • Confidently navigate objections and engage leads

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity in lead engagement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot)
