Job Description
Business Development Representative focusing on outbound contact with B2B clients in Brazil. Building relationships with potential partners and conducting discovery calls to qualify leads.
Responsibilities:
- Execute cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage potential clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads
- Do research and 'mapping' to identify key decision-makers
- Confidently navigate objections and engage leads
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach
- Fluent Portuguese
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proactivity in lead engagement
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot)
