Job Description

Business Development Representative at Modus Digital generating new business opportunities and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Focused on outreach and relationship-building with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate ~80% of time to personal outreach: prospecting into target accounts, running outbound campaigns, booking meetings, engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) to engage decision-makers and schedule meetings.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and target market segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & executive team to refine targeting strategies and optimize the lead handoff process.
  • Log all activities accurately, manage the prospect pipeline, maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a US-based sales development, business development, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to understand complex digital services (Engineering, User Experience, SEO & GEO, Marketing Strategy)
  • Experience leveraging Gen AI tools to augment workflows
