Job Description
Sales Representative focusing on MRO and hospitality sectors to grow customer base. Building relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service for existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, Cold Calling, Pursuing / Opening New Accounts
- Building / Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders & Decision Makers
- Contacting current customers and identifying new services.
- Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
- Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
- Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
- Working closely with our Sales / Service Teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 5 years of outside sales experience.
- 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers.
- Strong attention to details and follow-up calls.
- Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
