Job Description

Technical Business Development role engaging strategic partners and support onboarding for Workday Wellness. Establishing trust and driving business development with a focus on employee benefits and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market with our most strategic partner relationships
  • Establish trust and demo capabilities of the new platform
  • Support onboarding and successful integration with Workday Wellness APIs
  • Engage with executives to facilitate business development and identify opportunities
  • Advocate and champion for our Wellness partners

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in software as a service companies
  • 2+ years of experience in presales or value management
  • Demonstrated understanding of how APIs function
  • Experience in US healthcare, financial services, or insurance markets
  • Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering preferred.
