Job Description
Business Development Representative at Workday responsible for expanding the sales pipeline and collaborating with marketing. Engaging potential clients and leveraging tools for customer outreach and relations.
Responsibilities:
- 営業のパイプラインへとつながる案件を獲得
- アカウントエグゼクティブと共に、アカウントカバレッジを拡大させる顧客開拓プランの立案
- マーケティングチームと協力の上、キャンペーンに関する情報交換や、きめ細やかなフィードバックの実施
- 新たな見込み客と接触し、リードを増やすため、日頃から付加価値がつくアクションを実施
- アウトバウンドプランの一環として、業界やビジネスドライバーについて調査する
- 既存顧客やリードの情報を収集し、顧客の抱える問題や起こりうる出来事、時間軸などを分析しつつ、決裁権者を見極める
- 経営幹部と良好な関係を構築する
- 弊社ソリューションの価値を分かりやすく説明する
- 既存ツール(Salesforce、Outreach、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなど)を活用し、見込み顧客を発掘する
- Salesforceの適切な運用を行い、あらゆる活動内容やメモが適宜更新されるよう管理する
Requirements:
- 1年以上の営業経験がある方(業界不問)
- 日本語でのコミュニケーションが堪能な方
- 成長したいという、強いお気持ちがある方
- IT業界での営業経験 (歓迎)
