Job Description
Business Development Manager responsible for promoting Drooms' SaaS solutions and managing client relationships. Seeking a skilled salesperson with SaaS experience in a remote role based in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Present the SaaS solution and services in presentations and client meetings
- Align customer needs with product options and grow accounts
- Identify potential obstacles in the sales process
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the sales strategy and identify market opportunities
- Build sustainable relationships with key contacts to increase closing rates
- Maintain and organize sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably focused on SaaS or in real estate
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Articulate, with experience drafting clear, concise emails and proposals
- High level of commitment, resilience, and motivation
- Business-fluent German and very good English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and regular presence in Frankfurt
