Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for promoting Drooms' SaaS solutions and managing client relationships. Seeking a skilled salesperson with SaaS experience in a remote role based in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Present the SaaS solution and services in presentations and client meetings
  • Align customer needs with product options and grow accounts
  • Identify potential obstacles in the sales process
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the sales strategy and identify market opportunities
  • Build sustainable relationships with key contacts to increase closing rates
  • Maintain and organize sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably focused on SaaS or in real estate
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Articulate, with experience drafting clear, concise emails and proposals
  • High level of commitment, resilience, and motivation
  • Business-fluent German and very good English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and regular presence in Frankfurt
