Job Description

Business Development Representative responsible for engaging prospective customers and generating sales leads. A key role in the sales cycle at Lattice with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • meet or exceed monthly quotas by setting high quality meetings between prospects and our team of Account Executives that lead to quality pipeline and revenue
  • respond to customer inquiries and help with qualifying and scheduling sales meetings
  • source leads via outbound prospecting
  • make contact with potential new customers across a variety of channels - phone, email, social, chat
  • manage time to meet and even exceed productivity metrics
  • deliver an extraordinary experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other performance management solutions
