Job Description
BDR responsible for client relations improving financial management with SaaS solutions. Engaging with leads through consultative approaches and understanding their financial challenges.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the first bridge between clients' pain points and the technology-powered solution that transforms corporate financial management.
Requirements:
- Ability to deeply understand business contexts and financial pain points.
- Strong logical reasoning to interpret data and develop personalized approaches.
- Clarity and conciseness for writing impactful emails, messages, and scripts.
- Smart persistence: you know when to push and when to step back.
- Ability to qualify leads with criteria, using methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Genuine eagerness to learn about corporate finance and B2B SaaS.
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or pre-sales in a B2B setting.
- Familiarity with consultative selling (not necessarily an expert, but comfortable operating in that field).
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance (income statement (DRE), EBITDA, budgeting).
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
- Active listening + sharp communication
- Strategic proactivity

- Genuine interest in finance, business, and technology
- Collaboration with other teams (sales, marketing, product)
