Job Description

Business Development Representative at stp.one identifying new business opportunities in Legal-Tech sector. Collaborating with Field Sales Team to expand market presence and enhance sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as email, phone calls and social selling, and support pipeline conversion — your pitch inspires and generates interest in our solution
  • Continuously optimize your outbound strategies to engage prospective customers professionally while keeping their needs front of mind
  • Qualify leads from campaigns and develop them into sales opportunities for our Field Sales team
  • Develop and continuously refine your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one
  • Engage with decision-makers at the highest levels in our target market (e.g., lawyers)
  • Ensure high data quality in the CRM system
  • Collaborate across the Go-To-Market team to optimize processes from acquisition and list building to outreach, lead handling and lead qualification
  • By working closely with our Field Sales team you will gain experience and continuously develop your skill set to progress your sales career

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy environment (startup, consultancy, banking, service or similar)
  • Initial experience in a sales and/or business development role or similar
  • Experience with direct customer contact (ideally with executives or C-level) where possible
  • Degree or vocational training in a business- or technology-related field, or equivalent background
  • Advantageous: prior experience in the legal market
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Self-starter with assertiveness, team orientation and a quick grasp of complex topics
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Professionalism, authenticity, persuasive communication and quick thinking
