Job Description

Business Development Specialist identifying sales opportunities in collaboration with sales teams. Increasing technology knowledge and presenting training for optimal client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • identify sales opportunities through book of business reviews
  • collaborate with sales teams in business development
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and certifications
  • present technical training to selling organizations
  • solve problems and advocate for customers
  • develop client relationships

Requirements:

  • works directly with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities
  • collaborates on business development and communications with sales teams
  • increases knowledge of technology and maintains certifications
  • assists in creation and presentation of technical training
  • acts as subject matter expert for pre-sales questions
  • engages with partner field community and balances needs
  • exceptional relationship-building skills with clients
