Job Description
Business Development Specialist identifying sales opportunities in collaboration with sales teams. Increasing technology knowledge and presenting training for optimal client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- identify sales opportunities through book of business reviews
- collaborate with sales teams in business development
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and certifications
- present technical training to selling organizations
- solve problems and advocate for customers
- develop client relationships
Requirements:
- works directly with Account Managers and Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities
- collaborates on business development and communications with sales teams
- increases knowledge of technology and maintains certifications
- assists in creation and presentation of technical training
- acts as subject matter expert for pre-sales questions
- engages with partner field community and balances needs
- exceptional relationship-building skills with clients
