Job Description

ISV & CCSP Business Development Lead driving ecosystem-led growth for AI and subscriptions at Red Hat. Responsibility includes partner relationship management and co-sell execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive ecosystem-led growth through ISVs and CCSPs
  • Build, scale, and monetize partner-led routes to market
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic ISV partners
  • Enable partners to sell, manage, and support subscription software and AI services
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market plans
  • Shape modern partner business models including SaaS and subscription licensing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and product management

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years in business development, partner alliances, ecosystem or channel roles
  • Proven experience working with ISVs and cloud providers
  • Strong background in enterprise technology (AI, cloud, data, security, automation)
  • Track record of building partner‑led revenue streams
  • Ability to translate technology platforms into partner value propositions
  • Deep understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and subscription/licensing models
  • Comfortable engaging at C‑suite and technical architect levels
