Job Description
ISV & CCSP Business Development Lead driving ecosystem-led growth for AI and subscriptions at Red Hat. Responsibility includes partner relationship management and co-sell execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ecosystem-led growth through ISVs and CCSPs
- Build, scale, and monetize partner-led routes to market
- Identify, recruit, and develop strategic ISV partners
- Enable partners to sell, manage, and support subscription software and AI services
- Design and execute joint go-to-market plans
- Shape modern partner business models including SaaS and subscription licensing
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and product management
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in business development, partner alliances, ecosystem or channel roles
- Proven experience working with ISVs and cloud providers
- Strong background in enterprise technology (AI, cloud, data, security, automation)
- Track record of building partner‑led revenue streams
- Ability to translate technology platforms into partner value propositions
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and subscription/licensing models
- Comfortable engaging at C‑suite and technical architect levels
