Job Description
Client Engagement Partner delivering personalized banking service, transactions, and account support. Building customer relationships and processing consumer loan requests for Luminate Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience through prompt responses, efficient issue resolution, and seamless in-branch and digital service
- Perform accurate banking transactions, including teller functions, while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Open and service consumer and business accounts
- Manage account maintenance requests, problem resolution, and fraud-related inquiries
- Engage customers in needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate products and services
- Support relationship deepening through consultative cross-selling
- Provide information about bank products, services, and digital banking tools
- Maintain organization and operational discipline for daily branch activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Assist with branch initiatives, customer outreach, and community involvement
- Process and close consumer loan requests, including installment loans and home equity lines of credit
Requirements:
- One year of customer service, providing a high-quality experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, or ability to learn them quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize items based on customer needs
- High school degree or equivalent
