Job Description
Clinical Sales Manager driving da Vinci® Surgery adoption, installations, and surgeon training. Expanding Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgical technology across hospital accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement da Vinci® Surgery sales activities to achieve and exceed goals set by senior management
- Expand da Vinci® Surgery usage in existing accounts
- Sell and train new surgeons across specialties applicable to the da Vinci® Surgical System
- Manage training and education within the installed base
- Lead new system installation processes
- Prospect for new system installations and upgrades to the existing base
- Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products
- Work with training and marketing departments to implement strategies and programs directed by senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience
- 5 or more years in medical device sales
- Proven track record in managing and developing a sales force in the medical device industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
