Job Description

Commercial Lines Account Manager remotely managing clients' commercial insurance needs. Collaborating with team and clients for effective policy administration and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration
  • Contributing to various team meetings
  • Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
  • Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
  • Participating as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience with insurance license
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and computer skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
