Job Description
Commercial Operations & Controlling Specialist providing operational support for traffic management solutions with a focus on commercial activities and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercial support services within Technology & Operations organization, System Engineering department
- Ensure reliable execution of day-to-day commercial and controlling activities
- Support ongoing business operations
- Maintain compliance with internal control and reporting requirements
- Provide operational support across customer order controlling and monitoring
- Support for revenue recognition and invoicing readiness
- Verify commercial data completeness and accuracy
- Update transfer prices for products and implement in SAP
- Cost center controlling, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Preparation and maintenance of recurring controlling reports
- Support in monthly closing activities from a commercial perspective
- Support in inventory valuation and reconciliation activities
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in commercial, controlling, or finance support roles
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, as well as SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM) are a prerequisite
- Proven ability to reliably execute recurring operational commercial tasks
- High level of accuracy, structure, and compliance awareness
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders
- Fluent English, German is an advantage.
