Job Description
Sales Enablement Content Manager at Career.io driving B2B marketing and sales enablement content strategies. Creating compelling content and collaborating with sales leadership to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting content for b2b (and some b2c) campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
- Create thought leadership assets such as whitepapers, eBooks, guides, case studies, and webinars that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Audit and update website copy to reflect evolving product value and brand voice.
- Contribute to the content strategy for the HR Insights blog, ensuring it supports Sales and Client Success conversations and positions Careerminds as an expert authority.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets: pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, deal-stage content, and cross-sell and up-sell materials etc.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand field needs and tailor messaging, materials, and playbooks.
- Build and manage a centralized content library that’s easy for AEs to access and use.
- Support product and solution launches and ongoing promotion with messaging, content, and campaigns across sales and marketing channels.
- Partner with demand gen and paid media teams to ensure content aligns with funnel strategy.
- Monitor usage, performance, and feedback across content types—and continuously iterate based on insights.
- Support reporting and analysis to tie content and enablement efforts to pipeline impact.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, or sales enablement—preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, from awareness to decision.
- Experience creating sales content and marketing assets across various formats.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content creation and sales outreach.
- Confident working cross-functionally and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing content calendars, feedback loops, and deadlines.
