Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike supporting innovative go-to-market strategies in cybersecurity. Build predictive models and optimize sales performance for the Alliances organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build and run CrowdStrike’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy
  • Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based on trends
  • Forecast Net New business and Renewals
  • Standardize process across various GTM teams
  • Partner with leaders to help them run their business
  • Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance across the organization
  • Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Alliances Organization
  • Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools
  • Evaluate new & existing tools to determine ROI & help get the most value from our tech investments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security ~3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance or Strategy function
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets power user
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
