Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike supporting innovative go-to-market strategies in cybersecurity. Build predictive models and optimize sales performance for the Alliances organization.
Responsibilities:
- Help build and run CrowdStrike’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy
- Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based on trends
- Forecast Net New business and Renewals
- Standardize process across various GTM teams
- Partner with leaders to help them run their business
- Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance across the organization
- Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Alliances Organization
- Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools
- Evaluate new & existing tools to determine ROI & help get the most value from our tech investments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
- Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security ~3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance or Strategy function
- Experience with Salesforce.com required
- MS Excel/Google Sheets power user
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
