Job Description
Pre-Sales Consultant für UCC-Telefonielösungen von ALE und Mitel/Unify bei KOMSA. Beratung von Fachhandelspartnern, Systemhäusern und Enterprise-Kunden sowie Begleitung von TK-Projekten.
Responsibilities:
- Drive active product sales and provide pre-sales support for enterprise solutions from Mitel/Unify and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise
- Manage business development with focus manufacturers and coordinate with them regularly
- Advise systems integrators and specialist resellers on UCC solutions from the KOMSA portfolio
- Coordinate project inquiries relating to telecommunications systems
- Prepare quotations and support the entire order process as the central point of contact
- Monitor key accounts regularly and derive appropriate actions
- Work closely with the manufacturer's sales team and internal sales divisions
- Continuously expand, document, and share product knowledge with colleagues
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales in the IT and telecommunications sector, ideally in a large-enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of UCC solutions and products, particularly solutions from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Interest in new technologies related to business telephony systems
- Willingness to regularly acquire new product knowledge
