Job Description

Pre-sales Solutions Consultant showcasing ModMed’s AI-enabled EHR platform to healthcare practices. Conducting clinical discovery, workflow analysis, and onsite or remote product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the ModMed Sales team by providing functional and clinical expertise to prospects and clients
  • Conduct clinical discovery sessions and workflow analysis to understand unique challenges and practice objectives
  • Compose and deliver onsite and remote product demonstrations of ModMed and partner software solutions
  • Articulate the sales message, focus on value, differentiate ModMed, and create a strong audience impression
  • Conduct onsite clinical workflow analysis and solution demonstrations based on observations and best practices
  • Provide post-sale support through accurate knowledge transfer to ModMed professional services
  • Assist with RFI, RFP, and security questionnaire completion
  • Build ModMed solution expertise through proactive learning and collaboration with senior solutions engineering team members
  • Demonstrate the functionality and value of ancillary products such as Relatient, analytics, and Klara
  • Assist with educational and training materials, including white papers and internal videos
  • Assist with creation and updates of client-facing Consensus videos
  • Support onsite and remote one-to-many sales and marketing events

Requirements:

  • Requires up to 50% domestic travel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Scribe, or other clinical specialist, and/or prior experience with ModMed EHR or competing solutions
  • Experience conducting remote presentations using Google Meet, QuickTime, and Reflector
  • Extensive knowledge of medical practice operational and clinical workflows
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listener, adaptable, coachable, and strong communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Naturally curious, engaging, unafraid to ask questions, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement
