Job Description
Corporate Recruiter supporting key client's business talent needs. Engage motivated candidates and connect them to job opportunities while fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills
- Match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals
- Build relationships with social networks and industry communities to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments
- Stay curious and learn about your areas of specialty
Requirements:
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Must sit in EST, CST or MST time zones
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
