Job Description

Global Director, Service Delivery in B2B Sales at Concentrix. Driving sales strategies and managing global teams in digital advertising sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a B2B sales business globally in Digital Advertising Sales
  • Drive & support Regional teams to meet/exceed sales quotas, conversion KPIs
  • Ensure team has training, tools and support for consultative sales conversations
  • Drive standardization and global best practices across sites and Geo's globally
  • Build team structure and recognize leadership potential
  • Own client relationship, providing visibility to performance and market trends
  • Monitor and manage account P&L

Requirements:

  • 12+ years experience in senior sales management role
  • Experience leading B2B sales, digital marketing or consulting sales teams
  • Significant experience in managing teams/sites globally
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Product knowledge across all digital advertising product areas
  • Proven experience managing high revenue quota teams
  • Expertise in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present information effectively up to the C suite level
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree minimum requirement
  • Proficient with Advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Power Point)
  • Ability to travel for periods of time.
