Job Description

Director of Enterprise Account Management leading sales efforts for Specialty Contractors at Procore. Overseeing diverse sales cycles and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales
  • Manage diverse sales cycles spanning fast-closing and long-cycle Enterprise opportunities
  • Implement processes to support team performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources for complex deals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software sales experience
  • 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing six- and seven-figure contracts
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models
  • Strong skills in territory management and developing high-performance teams
