Job Description
Director of Enterprise Account Management leading sales efforts for Specialty Contractors at Procore. Overseeing diverse sales cycles and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales
- Manage diverse sales cycles spanning fast-closing and long-cycle Enterprise opportunities
- Implement processes to support team performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources for complex deals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software sales experience
- 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
- Proven track record of identifying and closing six- and seven-figure contracts
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models
- Strong skills in territory management and developing high-performance teams
