Job Description
Director of Digital Demand Generation leading digital strategies for growth at Pantheon Systems. Responsible for inbound leads, funnel optimization, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Architect growth engine and design systems for pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to drive inbound leads.
- Optimize funnel conversion and maximize ROI across channels.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps for lead quality and handoffs.
- Own digital marketing budget allocation and perform ROI analysis.
- Analyze lead lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee marketing technology stack usage ensuring integration and data hygiene.
- Establish and track KPIs for demand programs and revenue impact.
- Build and manage a team of digital marketers and contractors.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or digital strategy.
- Deep experience with marketing automation (SFDC/Marketo) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Data-driven approach with experience building dashboards, analyzing metrics, and presenting insights to leadership.
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent working experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to support company events.
- Must be able to travel internationally (mainly USA and Canada).
