Job Description

Director of Educational Partnerships generating strategic business relationships in K-12 education. Collaborating with public and non-public school entities to expand programs and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate strategic business relationships and expand existing partnerships
  • Work with US public and non-public school entities to grow new programs
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations for target identification
  • Develop and manage a sales plan to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Lead development of proposals and RFP responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders

Requirements:

  • Understand K-12 buying cycles
  • Proven business development and sales skills
  • At least five years of related experience in education and/or sales
  • Track record of managing annual multimillion-dollar sales targets in K-12 industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Support the development and execution of regional sales plans
  • Must be a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) power user
  • Possess an intimate understanding of the state and federal legislation that generates and regulates public and nonpublic funding
  • Support and develop relationships with public and nonpublic school leaders
  • Experience with procuring business through RFPs.
