Job Description
Director of Growth developing and implementing marketing strategies for customer acquisition at Pair Eyewear. Leading partnerships across marketing, tech, wholesale, and operations to expand reach.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement growth marketing strategies to drive efficient customer acquisition across optimize current marketing channels including, but not limited to: Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, TV (Streaming and Linear), Influencer, and Organic Social.
- Develop a holistic testing roadmap for new marketing channels and initiatives based on your previous experiences and learnings. Regularly report on the successes and learnings of the efforts with the wider team.
- Partner with our VP of Marketing to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for all marketing channels. Additionally, you’ll work with our Director of Lifecycle and VP of Finance to provide inputs for forward looking growth forecasts.
- Go high and low - provide both strategic leadership and make tactical recommendations for changes to our varied growth marketing channels to optimize for efficient growth.
- Have a strong perspective on performance creative, work with the team to develop funnels, landing pages, ad creative, and more.
- Lead and mentor our in-house team of channel managers across various levels, exemplifying Pair’s core values. Establish and own customer acquisition goals and KPIs, as well as report on key metric updates to the Pair Eyewear leadership team.
- Partner with our Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing and analytics teams to amplify profitable marketing channels, offers, and funnels. Work closely with Data and Tech to iterate and optimize our attribution methodologies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience, with a focus in ecommerce and consumer brands
- Expert-level knowledge of major growth marketing channels, including paid & organic social, search, TV (streaming & linear), and direct mail.
- Experience managing paid marketing budgets of upwards of $20M a year
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting in collaboration with finance teams.
- Familiarity with complex acquisition cycles that deal with lead generation and conversion
- Strong leadership experience with developing high-performing teams.
