Job Description
Director of Talent Acquisition for a recovery community in North America, leading recruiting and TA strategy for diverse functions. Integral in shaping hiring plans and fostering compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy
- Lead, coach, and manage a remote Talent Acquisition team
- Enhance and maintain recruiting processes (sourcing, interviewing, offer, onboarding)
- Partner closely with clinical leadership and HR/regulatory teams
- Create, measure and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Own employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
- Manage vendor relationships
- Experience with HRIS implementation and integration
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruiting operations
- Design, administer, or manage incentive and bonus pay structures
- Ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals
- Leverage systems and technology to drive efficiency
- Experience managing TA budgets and ensuring FTE planning aligns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- 5 years in leadership
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Experience managing TA budgets
- Experience with compensation plan design and administration required
- Experience in clinical, healthcare, addiction recovery, or behavioral health is a plus
- Experience with a healthcare provider that participates in the Medicaid and Medicare programs is a plus
- Experience with remote teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for mission and understanding of recovery/addiction care
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload packages or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location
