Job Description
Snowflake Director developing Global System Integrator partnerships to grow Data Cloud adoption. Managing GTM programs, partner operations, sales pipelines, and AI-first workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and nurture relationships with Global System Integrator partners
- Strengthen and expand collaboration between Snowflake and GSI partners to drive growth
- Support Global and Regional Leads who own partner relationships
- Drive growth with joint customers and deliver key go-to-market programs
- Develop operational rigor to enable partners to grow Snowflake competency
- Deliver customer success
- Create accurate operational reporting and standardized workflows and templates for Global Partner Development Managers
- Own pipeline management, data ingestion, and workflow management for partnerships
- Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing
- Share partner and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities, including events, webinars, and content creation
- Assist partners with deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership
- Monitor assigned partner performance against specific metrics
- Create and run automated front-office workflows for use cases, opportunities, and registrations using Snowflake CoWork, CoCo, Salesforce, and Slack
- Develop MCP-based solutions for executive briefings and scorecarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
- 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
- Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators
- Ability to manage global and regional business plans and track and articulate partner progress
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Cloud and Frontier Model environments preferred
- Estimated travel requirement of 25–50%
- Must be currently authorized to work in the country to which applying
Benefits:
- Salary range of $196,000–$257,250 per year
