Job Description

Director of Revenue Operations driving operational excellence across Tempo's go-to-market organization. Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to design and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, segmentation, and capacity modeling in partnership with Finance.
  • Sales Process & Governance: Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and operating rhythm across sales and CS.
  • Incentive Design: Partner with Finance and HR to build equitable, performance-driven compensation plans and SPIFFs.
  • Territory & Quota Management: Design, allocate, and monitor coverage models for balanced capacity and opportunity.
  • Deal Desk Leadership: Define guardrails for pricing, discounting, and approvals to accelerate deal velocity and margin.
  • Cross-functional Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Systems, and Data teams to align funnel definitions and dashboards.
  • Operational Cadence: Run QBRs, forecast calls, and executive reporting to ensure consistency and insight.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify friction in GTM motions and implement scalable solutions using automation and process redesign.

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, FP&A, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS or subscription business.
  • Proven success leading planning and forecasting at the $100M+ ARR scale.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, reporting, and operational process design.
  • Experience managing comp plans, territories, and pipeline analytics.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner with CRO, CFO, and functional leaders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions.
