Job Description
Director of Strategic Account Management overseeing oncology accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Driving strategic engagement and collaboration to position Takeda Oncology as a preferred partner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account level business plans for targeted GPO member accounts
- Identify contacts and key GPO stakeholders
- Lead activities of cross-functional partners within targeted accounts
- Provide guidance and assistance relative to company-wide and franchise specific opportunities
- Leverage methods to gather understanding of integrated customer accounts
- Assess key assigned regional and national oncology GPO clients
- Identify new customers impacting Takeda business
- Build positive relationships with specified customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, marketing or related field
- 10+ years industry experience
- 2+ years experience with responsibility for Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPO accounts
- 2+ years prior experience as an Oncology Field Sales leader
- 3+ years focused account management knowledge of oncology marketplace
- Strong customer orientation and account management expertise
- Resourceful with strong networking skills
- Value and access B2B experience desired
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
