Job Description

District Sales Manager for ESAB leading revenue growth in healthcare sales. Offering strategic selling and relationship-building to hospitals, surgery centers, and alternate care sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Represent full product portfolio with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute annual territory forecasts and business plans.
  • Attend and contribute to local and regional trade shows to build brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market dynamics
  • Craft persuasive proposals, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven sales success (medical device experience strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent required
  • Strong closing and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, prospecting approach
  • Solid understanding of the medical equipment market and sales cycle
