Job Description
District Sales Manager for ESAB leading revenue growth in healthcare sales. Offering strategic selling and relationship-building to hospitals, surgery centers, and alternate care sites.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships.
- Represent full product portfolio with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
- Develop and execute annual territory forecasts and business plans.
- Attend and contribute to local and regional trade shows to build brand visibility.
- Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Craft persuasive proposals, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven sales success (medical device experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent required
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, prospecting approach
- Solid understanding of the medical equipment market and sales cycle
