Job Description

Employee Relations Specialist managing employee relations within a high-growth healthcare organization. Overseeing conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion Culture and Mission: Join a disruptive, mission-driven organization, contributing to a high-growth environment focused on making a tangible impact
  • Manage End-to-End Employee Relations: Oversee the full scope of ER matters, including conflict resolution, policy compliance, and the administration of corrective actions
  • Drive Process Consistency: Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure standardized and fair ER processes across all assigned client groups
  • Deliver Results in Fast-Paced Environments: Navigate a dynamic, rapidly evolving workplace, utilizing a results-driven approach to solve complex people-related challenges
  • Facilitate Resolution and Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert in balancing organizational policy with empathetic conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 3+ years or more of relevant experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources with a particular focus on employee relations
  • Experience in a high growth environment, with a non-exempt workforce
  • Experience in a high-growth organization with a non-exempt workforce, preferably within a call center or contact center environment
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, both at the federal and state level
  • Experience using Workday
