Job Description
HR Director overseeing HR operations and serving as strategic partner to the CEO at Columbus McKinnon. Driving workforce capability and leadership effectiveness in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations during organizational transition
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team
- Drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and leadership effectiveness
- Ensure compliant, efficient HR processes
- Shape programs that support employee development, performance, and engagement
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience with union labor relations
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational HR execution with broader workforce planning initiatives
- Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
