Job Description

HR Director overseeing HR operations and serving as strategic partner to the CEO at Columbus McKinnon. Driving workforce capability and leadership effectiveness in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations during organizational transition
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and leadership effectiveness
  • Ensure compliant, efficient HR processes
  • Shape programs that support employee development, performance, and engagement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience with union labor relations
  • Demonstrated ability to balance operational HR execution with broader workforce planning initiatives
  • Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
