Job Description

Sales Officer generating sales leads and closing deals for an AI services company. Working remotely, focusing on building relationships and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
  • Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales (nice-to-have).
  • Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales (nice-to-have).

Benefits:

  • Compensation & performance bonuses
  • Month 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%).
  • Month 4+: Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).
  • Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
