Job Description
Enterprise Sales Coordinator managing complex workflows and ensuring a high-touch client experience. Overseeing sales process and coordinating with stakeholders while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every client journey is seamless and high-touch
- Manage complex workflows and coordinate with stakeholders
- Drive the sales process, making discovery calls and managing up to the POS
- Maintain proper data hygiene and manage reports and spreadsheets
- Vet candidates and endorse top candidates to clients
- Interact cross-functionally to coordinate client and candidate journeys
- May require travel to meet with teams or clients
- Work on North American Shift or time zone
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience using HubSpot or any CRM
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and very strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to make presentations and consultative discovery calls
- Experience in customer service orientation with a delivery mindset
- Fast-paced execution with minimal supervision
- Sound decision-making under pressure
- Low escalation rate and high emotional intelligence
- Experience working with global clients or multicultural teams
- Background in sales, consultations, or VIP/white-glove service
- Experience in client relations, de-escalation, and project management.
